- Purpose of the Program
The maintenance exercise program aims to preserve cardiorespiratory endurance and overall physical fitness through a home-based exercise plan, conducted under the guidance of a Physiotherapist and the supervision of a Cardiologist.

- Duration: Determined by the patient, with monthly or annual renewal.
- Personalized exercise program based on your current physical condition and medical needs.
- Use of portable technology to record your electrocardiogram (ECG) during exercise.
- Sending your ECG recordings to us via email after each exercise session.
- Monthly telephone or online sessions for evaluation and adjustment of the program.

- Potential Risks
Although the program is designed with your safety in mind, potential risks may include:
- Fatigue or muscle strain.
- Temporary increase in heart rate or blood pressure.
- In rare cases, there is a risk of a cardiac event.
- Patient Obligations and Responsibilities
- To follow the program instructions.
- To use the ECG recording device correctly.
- To inform us immediately if you experience any discomfort or symptoms during exercise.
- To make the ECG recorder available for collection by us at the end of the program. If the recorder is not available, you will be charged the amount of €500.
- Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
You will be required to send us measurements of your health parameters (e.g., electrocardiogram) via email. You will also receive one or more teleconsultation sessions. The platform used for teleconsultation sessions is secure and complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data and health measurements will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for monitoring your progress within the framework of the program.
